Delete your account or data

In the iPhone app (immediate)

1. Open Dose and go to Settings › Account & Privacy.
2. Tap Delete Account. You can download your data first.
3. Tick the box to confirm, then tap Delete Account.

This deletes your account, glucose readings, insulin doses, medications, meals, settings and consent records from your iPhone straight away.

Delete only your health data

To keep your account but remove all health data, turn off Health data collection in Settings › Account & Privacy. This also stops importing from Apple Health.

Without the app

All app data is stored only on your iPhone, so deleting the Dose app deletes it. iOS keeps sign-in details in the iPhone's Keychain after an app is deleted; Dose removes them the next time it's installed, and other apps can never read them. I hold no copy of your app data, so there's nothing to delete on my side.

Your beta signup

To remove your email (and your "I'm…" answer, if you allowed it) from the beta list, email dose.app26@gmail.com from that address. I'll delete it and confirm. Any privacy request is answered within 45 days.
